Brief Bio: Dr. Quirós leverages her expertise in quantitative research methods to solve complex problems using an equity and inclusion lens and provide actionable insights. She developed an innovative internship tracking system at the University of Missouri that provides an efficient means to collect and analyze internship data, thereby optimizing student outcomes. Dr. Quirós's research investigates the socioeconomic conditions that shape immigrants’ health and influence health care use. She is also interested in understanding how gender shapes family dynamics among Latinx families.
