Brief Bio: Jasmine is a social demographer interested in the intersection of family demography, social stratification, and health and well-being across the lifecourse. Her previous work has focussed primarily on the social causes and consequences of infertility in the U.S. and sub-Saharan Africa.
At Oxford, Jasmine investigates the links between economic shocks, food prices, and maternal and child health in India.
Penn State's Demography program: The dual-title degree made me much more marketable when searching for quantitative research posts.
